Who I am
I'm passionate about creating spaces where people feel truly heard, seen, and valued, empowering them to embrace their authentic selves and live a life that aligns with who they really are.
When we stray from our authentic selves, whether by compromising our values, holding onto unhealthy patterns, or trying to fit into molds that don’t serve us, it takes a toll. Our relationships become strained, our self-worth and confidence waver, and we may find ourselves battling anxiety, depression, or inner conflict.
Everyone deserves a life of peace, connection, and self-acceptance. That’s why finding the right therapist is so important. Therapy is a deeply personal and vulnerable process, and having a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported makes all the difference.
If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity to their work, I may be the right fit for you. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those in both traditional and non-traditional relationships. I provide an affirming and safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and help individuals process feelings of guilt, shame, and intergenerational trauma.
As a first-generation Filipina, a person of color, I am especially passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health in minority communities. With cultural competence and deep sensitivity, I help clients navigate the challenges of identity, cross-cultural experiences, and the weight of societal expectations. I also speak conversational Filipino (Tagalog).
In our work together, I’ll help you unpack the stories you carry, understand the deeper motivations behind your thoughts and behaviors, and reclaim control in shaping your own narrative. Alongside meaningful reflection, I also incorporate practical tools to help you manage overwhelming emotions and find relief. I honor your choices and support your journey toward self-liberation.
If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. The first step is a free, 20-minute consultation where you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit—no pressure, no obligation. I look forward to hearing your story.
